Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the following business day.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with tracking information. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Rate : We provide Free Shipping on all online purchases.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for delivery in India. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons and public holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes : We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure your order can be processed and delivered promptly.

International Restrictions : Some products may be subject to international shipping restrictions. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to discuss options. Certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs regulations, hazardous materials, or other restrictions.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s website. If you experience any issues with tracking your package, please contact our customer support team.

Customs, Duties, and Special Taxes

Product Sales Tax including GST are included in the price of the product. Fatmug Designs is not responsible for any customs and special taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Damages

Fatmug Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged items and packaging to support your claim.

Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information on our return and exchange process. We strive to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
